Sharia Law: The Growing Cancer

(Sharia court):  We find you, Nancy Pelosi, guilty of indecency and sentence you to stoning.
(Nancy Pelosi):  Indecent?  Who decides what is indecent?
(Sharia court):  We decide.  You were in public without your husband and you were not wearing a burka.
(Nancy Pelosi):  I walked down the same street yesterday, and your ‘morality police’ didn’t say anything.
(Sharia court):  They didn’t feel like it.

(Sharia court):  Where do you think you are?  In America?  Oh, yes.  You are in America, but we own it now.  With your help we took over.  You have no rights under Sharia.

It’s coming, America.  France and most of western Europe are only a few years away at best from being totally muslim.  Because of our open borders, idiotic immigration policies, and worst of all, our oppressive political correctness, we are accelerating to catch up with Europe and will likely only be a few years behind them.  That is unless we wake up and start the chemo to stop the cancer that is islam.

I’ve talked about the historic communist agenda of destroying religion and dumbing down society in order to control them.  Well, the communists in this country have nearly succeeded and in doing so have opened the door to muslim aggression.

In France in the 1600’s, the king signed a decree that made freedom of religion against the law.  It was ‘Catholic or else.’  Protestants either fled the country or were burned at the stake.  Now 99% of the french will tell you they are Catholic, but don’t believe in God, and hate the Catholic church.  They are an amoral society centered on self-gratification.  They now only give birth to 1.6 children per couple, and those children have no moral compass.

By contrast, the muslims who have immigrated to France in large numbers know EXACTLY what they believe, and are acting on those beliefs.  They are also copulating and multiplying like bunnies, sometimes in excess of 10 children per family.  Within the decade the French citizens will be in the minority, and sharia will likely be the law of the land.  The cancer will have eaten the patient.

The idiot liberals in this country who coddle, cater to, appease the muslims have no idea what they are setting us up for.  The fools like Nancy Pelosi, Hillary Clinton, and others who have gone to the middle east and made muslim PR puppets out of themselves don’t understand that THEY won’t be spared if sharia is implemented and the muslims take over.  The will wear burkas, they won’t drive cars, they won’t vote, they will not be allowed out of the house without their husbands, they will have no say in virtually any aspect of their lives and will not even control their own bodies.  If they are raped, they will be stoned as whores.  They will not be good enough to be considered second class citizens.  The Taliban will own America.


Is that what you want, Nancy?  If so, please let me buy you a one way ticket to anywhere in the middle east.  I think you would like Afghanistan or Pakistan this time of year.  If mud huts aren’t your style, I might be able to arrange a ticket to Saudi Arabia.

A female journalist convicted of indecency for wearing trousers in public says tens of thousands of similar arrests are made each year, and what happens is up to the “mood” of the police officer.

WND previously reported when Lubna al-Hussein was arrested, challenged the charges, then was convicted and sentenced in Sudan, which follows Shariah, or Islamic religious law, in many sections.

Her recent appearance on Al-Mihwar TV now has been posted online by the Middle East Media Research Institute.

Al-Hussein was among more than a dozen women arrested at the same time. While others were convicted and punished almost immediately – with flogging – her case was delayed.

When the case developed, Jonathan Racho, regional manager for Africa and the Middle East for International Christian Concern, condemned Sudanese authorities, saying flogging women “for wearing pants is both outrageous and against the dignity of the women.”

Hussein said in the interview that women frequently are arrested and punished “on the spot.”

Asked if a skirt also is considered “indecent,” she told the reporters it was up to the officer making the arrest.
“They said it was indecent. It depends on the policeman’s mood,” she said.

She also said, “In a single year, 43,000 women were arrested because of their clothing – not in all of Sudan, but in Khartoum alone, as declared by the police general commissioner.”

She also said when defendants are arrested, they have no opportunity for a defense.

“Physical violence is manifest in the punishment of lashing, which abases human dignity. Moral violence is manifest in the fact that this is called ‘indecent acts,’ and this is the reason that the tens of thousands of women before me did not have the courage to complain,” she said.

“The courts that try such cases are not regular courts. They are special courts … They are called ‘public order courts,’ but their names keep changing. In these courts, the defendant has no right to defend himself.”

She said in her case, the judge refused to allow defense witnesses to speak, and the decision was made in advance.

“Didn’t you ask [the court] what the definition of ‘indecent clothing’ is? … What is defined as ‘indecent clothing’?” asked an interviewer.

“It depends on the policeman’s mood,” she said. “The law is in the hands of the authorities.”

Hussein said while the law bans “clothing that offends public sentiment,” she was with 400 other people and, “I didn’t offend anybody.”

Hussein’s arrest was condemned by the Arab Network for Human Rights Information. The organization said it likely was revenge for Hussein publishing articles critical of the Sudanese government, MEMRI reported.

“Sudan’s public order laws are among the most discriminatory against Sudanese women. They violate several basic freedoms that should be the right of every citizen. These laws, directed against working women and female students, were enacted expressly to persecute them, humiliate them, and deprive them of freedom, and to distance them from public life. And now, the police have devised a way to use these laws against an oppositionist journalist,” the organization stated, according to MEMRI.

The ICC has said by subjecting the women and girls to inhumane and degrading treatment, the Sudanese officials violated international human right standards as well as the Comprehensive Peace Agreement signed in 2005 by the Islamic government of Sudan and the mainly Christian and animist southern Sudanese.

The ICC said the agreement said Islamic laws are “not applicable to non-Muslims.”

David Choat, the congregational affairs officer of the mission of the government of South Sudan to the U.S., told ICC, “The flogging is an imposition of Islamic values on Christians and it’s also a violation of religious freedom. This is telling us (the Sudanese people) that there are certain religions that are more important than the rest.”

CNN's Cafferty Slams Pentagon's Omission of Islam in Ft. Hood Report

CNN’s Jack Cafferty blasted the Defense Department’s report on the Fort Hood massacre as a “joke” on Thursday’s Situation Room, singling out how there was “no mention in the report of the suspect’s [Major Nidal Hasan] views of Islam.” Cafferty also highlighted a recent Gallup poll that found that “43 percent of Americans admit to feeling at least a little prejudice toward Muslims.”

The CNN commentator wasted no time in criticizing the 86-page report released by the Pentagon on the Fort Hood shootings: “The Pentagon report into the massacre at Fort Hood, Texas that left 13 people dead- it’s a joke. No mention in the report of the suspect’s views of Islam- none- in fact, the 86-page report doesn’t even once mention Major Nidal Hasan by name. It lumps in radical Islam with other fundamentalist religious beliefs, and instead, focuses on things like military personnel policies and the emergency response to the November shootings.”

Cafferty later read a quote from 9/11 Commission member John Lehman, and continued his attack on the report: “Lehman...told Time magazine the Pentagon’s silence on Islamic extremism- quote, ‘shows you how deeply entrenched the values of political correctness have become,’ unquote. What a shame....The Pentagon acknowledges it did not focus so much on Hasan’s motives, as on what it called ‘actions and effects.’ The report says they didn’t want to interfere with the criminal probe into Major Hasan. Garbage.”

Before reading his “Question of the Hour,” the commentator noted the Gallup poll: “Meanwhile, a new Gallup poll shows 43 percent of Americans admit to feeling at least a little prejudice toward Muslims. That’s more than twice as many who feel that way about Christians, or Jews, or Buddhists, and the same survey finds that Islam is the most negatively viewed religion. One-third of those surveyed say their opinion of Islam is- quote, ‘not favorable at all,’ unquote.”

In recent days, Cafferty has “gone rogue,” (to paraphrase the title of his favorite subject of ire, Sarah Palin), blasting top Democrats over their secret negotiations to pass a final version of ObamaCare, labeling House Speaker Nancy Pelosi a “horrible woman,” and tossing the idea that the Earth’s climate could actually be cooling. If it wasn’t for his December 2009 endorsement of a global one-child policy, you’d think he’s becoming a conservative.

The full transcript of Jack Cafferty’s commentary, which began 12 minutes into the 5 pm Eastern hour of Thursday’s Situation Room:

Garbage.

Meanwhile, a new Gallup poll shows 43 percent of Americans admit to feeling at least a little prejudice toward Muslims. That’s more than twice as many who feel that way about Christians, or Jews, or Buddhists, and the same survey finds that Islam is the most negatively viewed religion. Now, therefore, the undersigned Kufar & Harbi do declare, swear and demonstrate proof from the ample testimony of Allah and his Messenger that Islam is and will always be in egregious violation of the recognized rights of free men and must therefore be condemned and proscribed:

Article 4 of ICERD condemns "all propaganda and organizations which are based on ideas or theories of superiority ...or which attempt to justify or promote racial hatred and discrimination in any form.  Section b: "Shall declare illegal and prohibit organizations, and also organized and all other propaganda activities, which promote and incite racial discrimination, and shall recognize participation in such organizations or activities as an offense punishable by law;".

Surah Al-Imran 110 declares Muslims to be the "best of peoples ever raised up for mankind".  Sahih Bukhari 6.60.80 explains the meaning of that passage thusly: " the best of peoples for the people, as you bring them with chains on their necks till they embrace Islam".   That is clear proof of supremacism related to ethnic violence.

Surah Al-Baqarah  91 contains a pretext for hatred of Jews: Say (O Muhammad Peace be upon him to them): "Why then have you killed the Prophets of Allah aforetime, if you indeed have been believers?" .

Surah Al-Baiyyinah  6 contains another pretext for hatred of Jews & Christians: "They are the worst of creatures".

Surah At-Taubah 29 commands  warfare against Jews & Christians: "Fight against those who ... among the people of the Scripture  until they pay the Jizyah with willing submission, and feel themselves subdued.".

Surah At-Taubah 30 curses Jews & Christians: "And the Jews say: 'Uzair (Ezra) is the son of Allah, and the Christians say: Messiah is the son of Allah. ... All%uFFFDh's Curse be on them, how they are deluded away from the truth!

It is obvious upon the face of the text that the quoted ayat incite hatred of Jews & Christians, declare war upon them and curse them.  There can be no doubt that Islam's canon of scripture is in egregious violation of Article 4 and must therefore be condemned.  Under section b quoted above, Islam must be declared illegal and prohibited.

Article 6 of ICCPR gurantees the right to life.  "Every human being has the inherent right to life. This right shall be protected by law. No one shall be arbitrarily deprived of his life."

By declaring perpetual war, Islam egregiously violates the right to life. We know that Jihad is perpetual because the declarations in Al-Anfal 39 & At-Taubah 29 are outcomne oriented and unlimited geographically and chronologically. Furthermore,  the testimony of Islam's founder is recorded in Sunan Abu Dawud 14.2526: "jihad will be performed continuously since the day Allah sent me as a prophet until the day the last member of my community will fight with the Dajjal (Antichrist).".

Islam's founder also testified in Sahih Bukhari 1.8.387 that Islam has no respect for the sanctity of life: "if they say so, pray like our prayers, face our Qibla and slaughter as we slaughter, then their blood and property will be sacred to us".

Article 20 of ICCPR proscribes "Any propaganda for war " and "Any advocacy of national, racial or religious hatred that constitutes incitement to discrimination, hostility or violence", declaring that they shall be prohibited by law.

Islam's canon of scripture contains three egregious commands to aggression which obviously violate Article 20: Al-Anfal 39, At-Taubah 29 & 123.  "fight them until there is no more Fitnah", "Fight against those who" & "Fight those of the disbelievers who are close to you" have obvious meaning which can not be denied. The commands are confirmed by Islam's founder in Sahih Bukhari 4.52.196: " I have been ordered to fight with the people till they say, 'None has the right to be worshipped but Allah,'".

Surah At-Taubah  38 condemns Muslims who refuse to participate: "What is the matter with you, that when you are asked to march forth in the Cause of Allah (i.e. Jih%uFFFDd) you cling heavily to the earth? "... "If you march not forth, He will punish you with a painful torment.".

Surah As-Saff 10-12 incentivize participation in Jihad by promising escape from Hell and admission to Paradise in exchange for participation in Jihad:
"a commerce that will save you from a painful torment. ... and that you strive hard and fight in the Cause of Allah with your wealth and your lives ...  He will forgive you your sins, and admit you into Gardens under which rivers flow".

Surah Al-An'am 115 "None can change His Words" and Surah Ar-Rum 30 "No change let there be in Khalq%uFFFDill%uFFFDh (i.e. the Religion of Allah Islamic Monotheism)" clearly proscribe editing the Qur'an. It can not be rendered anodyne.

 The Qur'an is a violation of international law and it can't be edited; preaching it and propagating its doctrines must therefore be prohibited.  One of the cited ayat: At-Taubah 29, is cited as the scriptural basis of  Reliance of the Traveller Book O, Chapter 9, Paragraph 8 which Islamic law declares that the Caliph makes war upon Jews, Christians and Zoroastrians.

Islamic tradition informs us that Jihad will continue until Judgment Day, and that Muslims would be cursed for abandoning it.  Sunan Abu Dawud 14.2526:   "jihad will be performed continuously since the day Allah sent me as a prophet until the day the last member of my community will fight with the Dajjal ".

Sunan Abu Dawud 23.3455: "and give up conducting jihad (struggle in the way of Allah). Allah will make disgrace prevail over you, and will not withdraw it until you return to your original religion".

From this narration, it becomes obvious that Islam and Jihad are synonymous. Since Islam asserts a divine mandate and right to wage war against us, to kill us, rape our widows, enslave our orphans and seize our real and personal property, we can not enjoy our God given right to life.  We have shown the court that Islamic doctrine, practice & jurisprudence violate the international covenants which guarantee our human rights.

 Since Muslims are promised eternity in a celestial bordello for participating in Jihad and threatened with eternal damnation if they refuse, it is impossible that free men can live in peace and security while Islam exists upon the face of the earth.  We therefore pray for injunctive relief:  proscription of the practice and propagation of Islam.

America, Use Your “Free” Speech Now. It Will Be Taken From You Soon.

Europe is already lost. They have become dhimmi’s to their muslim invaders. The muslims they have capitulated to did not originally come brandishing guns and knives. They came en masse due to the idiotic open borders policies put in place by Europe’s socialist governments. Now the muslims are the largest minority, and in many cases are about to outnumber the citizens of several European countries.

Europeans have almost completely capitulated to the demands of emboldened muslims in their countries. Muslims are allowed to govern themselves according to sharia law and have separate courts and justice systems. The European citizens can’t voice any criticism of islam or the muslims for fear of rioting, being killed, or beheaded. To appease the muslims, the spineless Dutch have now decided to try Geert Wilders (produced film “Fitna”) for a “hate crime.” Apparently it’s OK for muslims to parade through the streets carrying signs threatening all western nations with another 9/11, with beheading, and other violent forms of demise. Apparently it’s OK for muslim clerics to preach hate and violence against non-muslims. Apparently it’s OK for muslims to criticize and belittle ALL non-muslims and their religions and lifestyle choices. But apparently it is not OK to speak the truth or voice an opinion about a religion that has proven itself to be violent, dangerous, and incompatible with the rest of the world. Geert Wilders expressed an opinion backed up with demonstrated facts, and because the truth upset the poor little downtrodden muslims, Mr. Wilders is now being tried for a “hate crime.”

This is already starting to happen in America. We have the same open borders, and the same disregard for illegal immigrants and those who wish us ill coming across our borders. Spineless liberals are starting to cave to muslims anytime they demand something. “Separation of church and state” is strictly enforced when it comes to Christianity and Judaism. But the government will spare no expense to make muslims happy by installing foot baths and providing places to “worship” and practice their religion on public and government property. Hypocrisy.

If we do not stand up and protect our own freedoms, they will be taken away from us. Liberals already try to silence us by calling us names and slinging mud to keep us quiet. Because we speak out against ILLEGAL immigration they call us racists. They call us Nazis because we disagree with a government takeover of our healthcare system, our banks, our private businesses, and anything else we have.

But I will not be silenced. I will hold to and speak the truth boldly. I will give my last breath to speak the truth. I will not be enslaved by liberals, by muslims, or by anyone. I will resist any attempt to oppress me with any means at my disposal. I will protect and defend the constitution of the United States of America until God calls me home.

Do you value your freedom enough to defend it? Are you willing to give your life to defend our constitution and our way of life?

Start at the ballot box. Elect representatives who will uphold their oath to defend the constitution, unlike the current crop of misrepresentatives who are actually trying to destroy it.

Be active in educating yourself and others on the truth. Do not be intimidated into silence by those who disagree with you. You have a right to speak, and they have a right not to listen.

Hold to your 2nd amendment right to keep and bear arms. It was meant as a last line of defense between the citizenry and a tyrannical government. It is the American insurance policy.

Dutch Parliament member Geert Wilders, whose film “Fitna” warns that Islam is threatening Western civilization, will be tried for a “hate crime” in the Netherlands.

Wilders previously was banned from Britain – a move later overturned in court – because of the subject of “Fitna,” which features Quranic verses shown alongside images of the 9/11 terror attacks, the 2004 attack in Madrid and the 2005 attack in London.

The film calls on Muslims to remove “hate-preaching” verses from the text of their holy book.

Wilders, the leader of the Dutch Freedom Party, has been living under 24-hour protection from police since 2004. Al-Qaida has called for his murder.

According to a report from the Christian Institute, a ministry promoting Christianity in the United Kingdom, a court ruling this week removed the last obstacle to Wilders’ trial, dismissing his objections to the prosecution.

The report said Wilders’ lawyer argued his client should not be prosecuted for discriminatory statements since the Dutch superme court last year found that insulting a religion did not automatically “imply an insult to its believers.”

A lower court, however, concluded the provision did not mean Wilders could not be put on trial based on charges that originated from complaints filed by Dutch lawyer Gerard Spong on behalf of several clients.

The report said Wilders’ remarks included suggesting Muhammad should be tarred and feathered and expelled from the Netherlands and declaring no Muslim should be allowed to enter the nation.

Prosecutors originally chose not to file any action against Wilders, the report said, citing their conclusion the comments were “in the context of societal debate.”  But the case was resurrected after a campaign urged people to complain to the courts.

Wilders has called the prosecution an “attack on freedom of speech.”

“In this country, you are apparently allowed to criticize only if you are politically correct in how you express yourself,” he has said.

Blogger Diana West wrote on Wilders’ website, “It is not just the repression … of Islam that Wilders is outspoken about… He is equally if almost singularly outspoken about the political remedies necessary to halt the extension of Islam’s law. Such remedies include stopping Islamic immigration and deporting agents of jihad. These are simple measures any democratic state that wished to repeal Islamization would take. … It is a political trial, then, in the worst sense, that we are about to witness. And it is about more than the future of freedom of speech. The trial of Geert Wilders is about the future of freedom.”

Wilders’ 17-minute documentary, “Fitna,” meaning “strife,” likened the Quran to Adolf Hitler’s manifesto, “Mein Kampf.”

Early critics had expressed fears the Wilders film would show a copy of the Quran being destroyed, but the ending offered a slight surprise.

As someone leafs through the Quran, a sound of tearing is heard.

“The sound you heard was from a page [being torn out] of the phone book. It is not up to me, but up to the Muslims themselves to tear the spiteful verses from the Quran,” text on the screen reads. “Stop Islamization. Defend our freedom,” the film concluded.

Wilders has received numerous death threats. His police protection has been in place because of the 2004 murder of Theo Van Gogh, the director of a film that exposed violence against women in Islamic societies.

Since the Van Gogh murder, the government of a nation proud of its liberal social attitudes has cut back on generous welfare programs to immigrants and made Dutch-language classes mandatory for newcomers.

Van Gogh’s film, “Submission,” was written by Wilders’ former political ally, Ayaan Hirsi Ali.

Societies dominated by Islam, in the meantime, have been working at the international level to ban any criticism of Islam globally.

A plan is being pushed by the 57 members of the Organization of the Islamic Conference to “protect” Islam from what they perceive as criticism.

The resolution, pending in one form or another since 1999, originally was called “Defamation of Islam.” The name later was changed to “Defamation of Religions,” but Islam remains the only faith protected by name in the proposal.

The proposal is based on the Cairo Declaration of Human Rights in Islam. The declaration states “that all rights are subject to Shariah law and makes Shariah law the only source of reference for human rights.”

However, the latest vote on the nonbinding proposal came just weeks ago at the U.N. and showed falling support, with 80 votes in favor of the proposal, 61 against and 42 abstentions. A year ago there were 86 yes votes, and two years ago the support came from 108 votes.
